Mediterranean∆ at this special residency of Fish Kitchen,
with Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw.
Outlaw’s ethos is all about letting the ingredients sing.
He uses high quality, freshly caught fish, served simply.
During his five-day residency on board, the seafood featured
in the menu will come from Barcelona’s fish markets.
Here, Outlaw will choose from the day’s catch, which will go
on to dictate the menus that you’ll see on board.
Lobster. Tuna. Scallops. Anchovies. The fruits de mer in this
part of the world are varied and flavorful, and with Outlaw’s
skill, each plate is sure to bring a depth of flavor and artistry
you’ll not soon forget.

you’ll also have the chance to meet and chat with this
well-loved chef at a book signing, learn about his life and
